HDF has brought together people with long years of experience in academics, development sector, bureaucracy, corporate sector and international organisations.
People are involved at different levels in different roles. In the role of trustees or promoters of the initiative, a group of young, experienced and capable persons have joined the foundation. They bring not only their considerable expertise but also their passion for Odisha's development and a vision for shared leadership and team building by focusing on human resource.
A number of reputed, young and dynamic leaders from Academic and Development sectors have joined HDF with the hope to have an opportunity to set a new standard for academic quality, rigour and development sector action and research. These leaders have given up on lucrative career opportunities to join and build HDF from scratch.
A large number of eminent persons have given their consent to be associated with the foundation as advisors. Their hallmark is their capacity to inspire by example of their work and achievement as well as their support for Odisha's development.
A large number of qualified professionals (both serving and retired) have joined HDF in consultant role as experts available to us on Technical Advisory Groups who contribute as and when required on projects and inititives on their own.
The non-executive staffs of HDF are our back-bone and are a dedicated lot who keep us going.
